When you request a quote, we may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, pickup suburb or postcode, vehicle year, make and model, vehicle condition, and any access details you include.

If the enquiry progresses, we may also record contact history, quote or workflow status, pickup arrangements, proof that you are authorised to sell, transaction records and internal notes needed to manage the enquiry.

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps and request logs. The lead database is not designed to store a raw IP address with your quote record.

3. How we collect and use it

We collect information you submit through the website form or provide by phone, SMS or email. We use it to:

assess the vehicle and respond to your quote request;
check location, access and collection availability;
contact you about the enquiry and an accepted booking;
confirm authority to sell and complete relevant records;
operate, secure and improve the enquiry system; and
meet applicable record-keeping or legal requirements.

If required contact and vehicle information is not provided, we may be unable to assess the enquiry or arrange collection.

4. Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this website and which contact options help visitors reach the business. It may process pages viewed, session and interaction information, browser and device details, approximate location derived from an IP address, and a pseudonymous browser identifier stored in a first-party cookie.

Google Analytics uses an IP address to provide basic services and derive general location information, then discards the raw address after use. We do not intentionally send your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, form message or quote value to Google Analytics.

We measure actions such as starting or successfully submitting the quote form and selecting the call, SMS, WhatsApp or quote buttons. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

5. Service providers and disclosure

The website uses Cloudflare for website hosting, server functions and Turnstile bot protection, Google Analytics for website measurement, Google Firebase for authentication and lead storage, and Formspree for the email-notification copy of an enquiry. Turnstile processes the security token and technical request information needed to detect automated abuse. Information may also be shared with people reasonably needed to assess or complete an accepted collection, or when disclosure is required by law.

6. Storage, security and retention

We use restricted administrator access, server-side credentials, locked browser database rules and platform security controls to protect the lead system. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit sensitive identity or financial documents through the public form.

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to manage the enquiry, an accepted transaction, business administration, security and applicable legal obligations. Old, duplicate or spam leads may be deleted. Provider backups and security logs may expire on separate schedules.

7. Access, correction and complaints

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a concern using the contact details above. We may need to verify your identity before changing or releasing a record.

8. Website changes
